Alright so I just came across this video and nearly ate the screen. I seriously love Chipotle. I am a huge fan of their food and of the company, because of their values (this is why I am a shareholder). However I didn’t know they ran this deep. Steve Ells seems to be quite a leader and I love his philosophy, “Food With Integrity”.

In addition I was very pleased to see Joel Salatin from Polyface Farms featured in this video too, he is truly a leader in this movement. You can tell the passion he has for what he does when he sees the pigs rolling around in the mud, he just starts giggling like a proud papa!

Such a great video and representation of what is going on out there. It goes to show that it is becoming easier and easier to live an organic, healthy and sustainable life.
